General conditions

What the price includes

• Unlimited mileage.
• Airport taxes and charges (except where otherwise indicated).
• Free modifications to, or cancelation of, booking.
• First extra driver (except where otherwise indicated).

Depending on car hire location (and supplier), the price may or may not include:

• Full accident insurance without excess.
• Free out of office hours delivery (night handling).
• Second, third, etc. extra drivers.

What the price doesn't include

• Fuel. In most cases, a charge is made for a full tank of fuel and the vehicle should be returned empty. Some suppliers may permit a full-full arrangement (i.e. with refund of fuel charge if returned full) for short hire periods.
• Tyres (damage caused to the tyres such as punctures or blow outs will be charged to the client). An additional insurance (optional) is often available to cover damage to tyres.
• Damage to the vehicle where negligence or reckless driving on the part of the hirer (or authorsied driver) is proven.
• Loss or damage to keys.
• Items left in the car are not covered by the all risk insurance.
• Filling up of petrol tank with incorrect fuel type (it is the client's responsibility to check the type of fuel required for the model of car hired).

Payment method

Payment for the hire of the vehicle, the fuel charge and any extras required will be made on picking up the vehicle. We cannot accept payment in advance prior to your visit to Spain.

Payment must normally be made by credit card. Some suppliers may allow payment by debit card (please consult).

Vehicle model

In no case is a specific model of vehicle guaranteed, but rather any model within the vehicle group requested (i.e. with very similar characteristics to those of the example model). If no vehicles are available within the same group, a model from a superior group will be provided at no additional cost.
